Web Design Procedure for FULL PAYMENT hosted by IMARK

  1. Once full payment is done, a Job Order will be made to the Web Design & Development Team.
  2. Choose a domain name. If you have no idea what domain name fits and represents your website, ask us and we’ll give you suggestions. Once you approve the domain, we will register and buy it for you.
  3. Choose a theme for your website. If you have no idea what theme looks good for your website, ask us and we’ll give you suggestions. Once you approve the theme, we will buy it for you and install it to the website.
  4. Send us the content, including text and images, for these pages: Homepage, About, Services, Team, etc. We’ll add them to the website.
  5. We’ll set up Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO.
  6. We’ll send you “User Manual” and Admin access to modify the content of your website or add more content to it.

 

Web Design Procedure for PARTIAL PAYMENT hosted by IMARK

  1. Once 50% of the total amount of the order is done, a Job Order will be made to the Web Design & Development Team. NOTE: It’s the 50% of the Web Design cost only. Other add-ons included in any promotional offer need full payment.
  2. Choose a domain name. If you have no idea what domain name fits and represents your website, ask us and we’ll give you suggestions. Once you approve the domain, we will register and buy it for you.
  3. Choose a theme for your website. If you have no idea what theme looks good for your website, ask us and we’ll give you suggestions. Once you approve the theme, we will buy it for you and install it to the website.
  4. Send us the content, including text and images, for these pages: Homepage, About, Services, Team, etc. We’ll add them to the website.
  5. Once the remaining 50% is paid, we’ll do the following:
    1. We’ll activate forms, so you can receive inquiries.
    2. We’ll set up Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO.
    3. We’ll activate Title Pages, so you can share all webpages without “IMARK Sample Website” titles.
    4. We’ll send you “User Manual” and Admin access to modify the content of your website or add more content to it.

 

Web Design Procedure for PARTIAL PAYMENT hosted by others

  1. Once 50% of the total amount of the order is done, a Job Order will be made to the Web Design & Development Team. NOTE: It’s the 50% of the Web Design cost only. Other add-ons included in any promotional offer need full payment.
  2. Choose a theme for your website. If you have no idea what theme looks good for your website, ask us and we’ll give you suggestions. Once you approve the theme, we will buy it for you and install it to the website.
  3. Send us the content, including text and images, for these pages: Homepage, About, Services, Team, etc. We’ll add them to the website.
  4. We’ll temporarily host the website in our domain while development is in progress. This will allow you to see the progress of our work, including revisions you requested.
  5. Once the remaining 50% is paid, we’ll do the following:
    1. We’ll send you all the website files, and you’ll upload them to your host. If, however, you want us to upload your website files to your host and set them up, we’ll charge you a service fee of ₱3,000.00.
    2. We’ll send you “User Manual” and Admin access to modify the content of your website or add more content to it.
  6. If you want us to set up the website directly in your host, full payment is required upon placing the Job Order. The developer assigned to build your website will work directly in your host. Just provide us the cPanel access, and there’s no need to send you the website files. This will also spare you from paying us a service fee to set it up in your host.
